This is a Meltonia orchid. Its common name is Pansy orchid. I haven't seen this one in bloom before so I am guessing that it will look like a pansy. It requires a lot of humidity, (60%) which has been a challenge since I live in the high desert. I keep two small humidifiers running in the orchid room all the time. My orchids have been blooming up a storm since I moved to my new place, which has great southern and western exposure (lots of bright light.) They love it!
PS. My moth orchid is still blooming and is stunningly beautiful!
