A Sparkle in His Eye

This picture was taken at the Anchorage airport and is the first time Fred has seen his grandson in person. As you can see Fisher is one mellow little man and grandpa has a little sparkle in his eye that I have never seen before.

I must confess that I am jealous. I miss the little guy badly. The big guy... not so much.

Foot Fetish?

I am a little old to just now figure out that I have a thing for feeties. But excuse me, aren't those the cutest damn toes you ever saw? Just want to kiss em all over.
Ok, I'll spare you the details of my urges.
I haven't seen my grandboy in way too many months and I am getting a bit strange, obviously.
I hope to visit him for Christmas. Alaska in winter is fast becoming my favorite place on the planet.

New man in my life

I have fallen hopelessly in love with Fisher Lynn Boisvert. Being present for his birth and the fist 6 weeks of his life was one of the best times of my life. This little guy brings me incredible joy. I am happy beyond words to have him in my life.
To add to the bliss of becoming a grandmother I was able to spend time in one of the most magical places on Earth, Alaska. The Northern Lights are awe inspiring. Seeing the Aurora Borealis is a good reason to go to Alaska in the winter, which is, basically, from Sept. to June.
Alas, I had to return home to the pups and my garden. Spring is much further along here in Utah and I am behind schedule as usual. However, I am already planning my return trip to Alaska and to the loves of my life; little Fisher, Liz and Billiam.
